As a professional lazy person, I love doing nothing. Laying by the pool, reading a magazine, having a nice cold drink,… Doesn’t that sound great! I decided to start making a few post on ‘this’. This is the first one, but as the summer goes on, keep an eye out for more poolside posts like this one. It’s a great excuse for my laziness!
The sun has finally started to come out and it’s the perfect weather for a swim, which is very exciting because I looooove wearing this bikini! It only strengthens my obsession with high-waisted bottoms. I just find them so comfortable and cute. This is definitively my favorite bikini for the summer and it was very affordable, so a dubble win!
Shoes: H&M (last summer, but similar)
Sunglasses: Tom Ford
My addiction to stripes continues… This time in the form of this cute stripped dress.
This dress was a sale find at Zara. I love shopping at Zara everyday of the year, but around the sales time is the best! I like all sales, obviously… , but my all time favorite place to sale shop is definitely Zara!
Just a little note… This dress isn’t great for walking, since it rises up a bit with every step you take. It’s very comfortable so that compensates for the pulling down, plus it’s CUTE!
I just paired it with comfy sneakers and a leather jacket for a casual look.
Silver pants! Does it get any better? I’m in looooove! I know I say that a lot about clothing items, but come on… They are silver, ribbed, comfortable pants!
I usually don’t like culottes because they tend to look a bit weird, but I feel like these don’t. (And honestly if they do, I don’t care because they are AMAZING!)
Topshop has a lot of them right now in every color. I think the ribbed finish gives a special touch to the pants and it looks very chic and elegant.
I wore this outfit on a casual day out shopping and it was great. Wearing a white top is always good for shopping. It’s a nice basic to pair with pants or skirts or shorts that you want to try on.

Very special indeed… My graduation! I’m so happy to finally be done! The sun has come out and summer has begun! I can start enjoying vacation and that’s definitely what I’ve been doing the last few days. I have a few fun trips coming up and my first stop is the South of France and I’m very excited! I also can’t wait to just do nothing and relax by the pool. Doesn’t that sound nice… but don’t forget the sunscreen!
Shoes: my sisters closet (but similar here)
So… I have a new obsession! Dad Hats! Since I hate washing my hair, I can’t believe I hadn’t though of wearing caps sooner. I just bought this one in Amsterdam when I stayed with my sister. We went shopping and I saw this cap just hanging in a shop, put it on and fell in LOVE! Some people don’t like hats or caps, especially not on girls, but to be honest… I don’t care. Everything is better than walking around with greasy hair.
As for the rest of my outfit, this blouse/shirt is the most comfortable thing ever!
If you go sale shopping at Zara and you see it, definitely pick it up. I wear it around the house all the time and it’s my ‘go to’ shirt if I don’t know what to wear.
