Best of Both

It’s officially cooling down. Summer is almost over and flannel season is coming. Combining the all-time summer staple ‘white’ with a timeless fall flannel is a perfect way to transition. I love wearing shorts. They are easy, comfortable and casual. Doesn’t that sound amazing?

Ribbed turtlenecks will be in for winter so why not get ahead and wear a ribbed long sleeve T-shirt. I’m taking the trend and making it my own as I like to do to stand out a little.

Boot cuts by the River

On this sunny but chilly day, I wanted to wear my white boot cuts, but not get cold so I decided to pair them with a camel turtleneck.

To feed in the seventies trend some more I added a little colorful scarf in my hair to brighten things up.

Ass for the little backpack, this special edition Hermès Kelly Danse, it completes and pools together the entire look.

Co-ords: Skirt vs Shorts

As Cher in Clueless tought us, a co-ords is timelessly fabulous. Dressed up or down, it’s appropriate for almost every occasion. They have always been big, but especially this summer they can be seen every where! Thankfully they aren’t going anywhere, as the skirt ensemble is already from the 2015 fall collection.

Personnaly, you can find me wearing shorts more offten than a skirt, but I honestly can’t pick between these two sets.

Jean between the Green

You can’t consider the seventies a micro trend anymore. They were all the rage this spring and summer and this trend isn’t going anywhere.

You can take your summer seventies wardrobe, add a few layers and you’ll be set for fall. A jumpsuit is a great option. All you need is a jacket and you’re good to go when it’s getting a little colder.

I feel like the vintage Hermès scarf makes the whole bohemian-chic vibe complete and I never shy away from a bald red lip.

Go-to

As my first post, I wanted to show my go-to outfit of the moment. I’ve been wearing it throughout spring and summer and it will even take me into the fall.

I grew up wearing this bandana and I can’t say goodbye to it just yet, especially since bandanas have been every wear this season. I like the way it adds a little POP to any outfit.
