All Red Everything!
Yes, red is always a staple color, but for AW17/18 it’s going to be even bigger!
Red goes with almost every color. Sometimes you have to step away from the basics you’d pair it with, like white or blue or especially black. That always looks great and classic, but try pairing red with pink! It sounds strange, but looks great. Even yellow looks really nice with it! I would try to stay away from green, since you don’t want to start looking like a Christmas tree.
If you don’t have a lot of red items in your closet, or you just want to buy a few new things, I would suggest a pair of red boots! If you look at the new collections, red boots are everywhere. I found a few cute pairs here, here, here and these If you have a bit more to spend.

I just got back from Italy yesterday and I wanted to get this post up first thing! I know I’ve been slacking a bit, but I promise there will be e a few nice posts coming!
I thought about posting a vacation outfit first, but the weather here isn’t all that summery/sunny in the Netherlands. This cute dress is more appropriate for the cloudy sky! I wore it in Berlin and it’s perfect for a not-so-sunny summer day. It keeps you warm and snugly, but I’m not dying from the heat. Plus, it feels like I’m wearing a cocoon!

A beautiful city, good food, great company and just overall an amazing trip!
I had never been to Berlin, but I was presently surprised by this city.
We saw all the monuments, experience the culture and ate some great food.
I especially loved seeing the East Side Gallery, which is a part of the old wall that is still standing and that got painted by artists. It was very colorful and almost bizarre to see the wall in such a way, covered in all different types of art. I had to incorporate some shots in this post of my favorite pieces.
I’m also a little obsessed with this outfit, maybe because I feel very ‘cool’ wearing it. I love the combination of black, white and red. It’s classic and easy, but still spicy and sassy. Not really, but I like to think  I’m the flamenco emoji. You know the one I mean. That girl in the red dress dancing, the sassy emoji.

Summer dresses, we all love them. Light, breezy and perfect for a sunny day. There are so many cute ones, but finding the one for you can still be quite difficult.
I was really on the hunt for the perfect one, that’s appropriate for a beach day, walking around the city and even a nice diner. I was looking at a few more expensive ones like this one or this one, but I wasn’t ready to spend that much on a summer dress.
Then I found this beauty at Forever 21 of all places! I’m really amazed by the quality. I expected it to be see-through and quite poorly made, but the dress isn’t at all and I think it looks just like the other expensive dresses. I actually like this one even more!

Sooo excited to have a new post! I finished my last exam of the year at uni and my summer vacation started. What a relief! Now I can focus on blogging and just start relaxing! I have a lot of exciting vacations coming, so you’ll definitely see posts from those and of course ‘normal’ posts too, like this one.
I had a really nice date-night with my boyfriend. I normally never wear red lipstick, but I just got this adorable bag and I thought the two together would look really nice. Funny enough, the last time I wore red lipstick was the night I met my now boyfriend for the first time and that’s now many months ago! It’s fair to say he liked the red lip on me than, so also quite a good color for a nice date-night to celebrate summer!

I’m an idiot people… How does someone lose pictures, I don’t know…
but it happened! Some of the pictures of this outfit just disappeared from my SD card. I can’ find them and I really can’t stand it, but that didn’t stop me from posting the ones I still have. I really like this outfit, so I didn’t ‘not’ want to post this look.

Hello Sunshine! I can’t believe how nice the weather has been this weekend.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect, since I had a free weekend after my exam on Friday. I just relaxed with friends and enjoyed this amazing weather.
As you may know, I’m a bit allergic to the sun. No tanning for me, but when I wear this striped shirt I don’t need to worry too much about that. I can just sit in the sun and enjoy my day, because it covers my chest which is very sensitive for sunshine.
I also really like the combination of the stripes on my shirt with the flowers on my shoes! I can’t stop wearing them.
They aren’t just cute, but also really comfy, perfect for a nice sunny day.
I’ll definitely bring them on vacation with me this summer!

A perfect outfit for two great days!
I had the 21st birthday diner of a close friend of mine on Saturday and today was Mother’s day. Two occasions this outfit was perfect for.
By adding this big wool sweater, I didn’t get cold and I think it makes a look more casual. Just draping over the shoulders, with this messy curly hair… Love it!
Maybe I’m so obsessed with this outfit because I bought the jumpsuit with my boyfriend in Amsterdam and these shoes were a gift from him, so I may be bias.
Also I borrowed this Delvaux bag from my lovely mom.
She has a beautiful, classy style and I love it when I can sneak into her closet and ‘steal’ a nice bag. As I was in Amsterdam for Mother’s day, I got the chance to do that and I picked this beauty! It’s the classic Brillant by the Belgian brand Delvaux.
The used to be quiet a small, European luxury brand, but in the last five years or so it has become an international, well-known brand. I find there bags absolutely amazing and I love carrying one when I get the chance!
